How effective is bear spray at deterring hungry bears?
Let’s say a bear that isn’t scared of humans and rolls up to your camp site, and all you have is bear mace and no gun.
Would you assume the bear spray will save/prevent you from being mauled if you got a good shot in it’s face?
Anyone ever have any scary bear encounters before?
