My state opened up. Plenty of people still wearing masks

Go to the grocery store, none of the employees have masks on. No more social distancing bull**** markers throughout the store, no more plexiglass covid-blockers around checkout stations. Nothing.

Still saw about 20% of the people inside the store (customers) wearing masks. When do you suppose they plan to take the mask off, permanently? Is someone telling them the state governor is wrong in opening the state up?

Well, people that wear masks still are one or more of these categories:

- Completely afraid they'd catch a virus even vaccinated
- Do not want to be thought of as "Republicans" or "Trumpers"
- Virtue Signaling
- Afraid of all the alphabetical strains of COVID
- Sheep

Take your pick.

So they will just wear masks for the rest of their lives, then? I'm curious what exactly will cause them to finally think they don't need it.

I still see it too and i don't understand it at this point

I mean they mandated them like a year or so ago

ive called this for a long time. There will be a subset of the population that will ALWAYS wear masks going forward, especially in large public settings.

for them even a 0.000000000000001% chance of anything happening is too much

Same people that haven't bothered to do even an iota of research or use some basic logic when it comes to masks.

Literally cover their eyes and ears when you show them studies on how ineffective they really are. It's like they don't want to confirm their autism
