Rate DEREK MPMD stack



0:45 - Testosterone Enanthate - 120mg/Week, EOD

5:00 - Anti-Aging Vita Gel

5:30 - Tamoxifen Gel (Topical SERM)

7:30 - Tadalafil (20mg split into 4x5mg, sublingual)

8:30 - Semaglutide (GLP-1 Agonist, appetite suppresion, generic for cost reduction)

11:57 - Ezetimibe (10mg, cholesterol management)

15:31 - Topical Finasteride, Minoxidil and Tretinoin Combo Foam (Hair care)

20:04 - Topical Dutasteride

22:42 - Telmisartan (Angiotensin receptor blocker)

24:02 - Metformin (Diabetes medication but also anti-aging)

25:50 - Finasteride 1mg

26:06 - L-Carnitine, Injectable (Fat loss & Androgen Receptor upregulation)

27:34 - Ipamorelin + Tesamorelin Compounded (GH precursors)

30:43 - Selank & Semax (to be used) (Learning, Skill Aquisition, Quality of life)

He said he uses some of these intermittently.

I'm surprised he did not mention any vitamins. These seem more cosmetically oriented.
