It’s Sunday!! What we doin?!

Training arms/shoulders today
Watching the EURO final; Italy vs England
Going to beach or pool
Watching the USMNT Gold Cup match.

Rinsemaxxxing? I only had 1 pale ale yesterday hehe; I have room for rinsemaxxxing with IPAs today.

Incline Bench this afternoon with some upper assistance work.

Not sure what else at this point.

Some school work probably (working on a master's) and Miscing I guess.
