Anyone done OMAD (one meal a day)
I binge eat and always have big meals so struggle with cutting
Doing this has allowed me to diet through the day and eat big one a night without spoiling the cut

brb haven’t met one vaxcel who doesn’t get defensive or mad when you tell them you didn’t get it.
No “vax” for HIV after 40 years of research. No vax for cancer after 100 years of research. No vax for the common cold and yet a virus mysteriously appears and Within 12 months a “vax” is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week and we are mandated to take it ….

It can definitely help if you have issues with binge eating.
I tried one meal a day, and it was difficult on the stomach. Maybe I ate too much.
I found fasting for 18-20 hours and only having two smaller meals worked best for me. Ive kept better track of my diet and cleaned it up to. Lost 40lb so far and have better digestion.

I only do it when cutting. It is hard though, and I end up eating several snacks. lol. But better than eating 3 meals a day + snacks on a cut.

I do it out of laziness, not gains. I don't care for cooking and eating out is always chitty food, so just make one large meal a day.

No and I’m more of the school of thought that the majority of weight gain comes from 1) an unbalanced gut biome and 2) not enough dietary fiber which leads to a lot of digested crap building up and reducing the inefficiency of your digestive system. Calories essentially not being processed effectively and the body takes the path of least resistance by storing it as bodyfat

If you're trying to build muscle any diet that restricts eating is not optimal at all. It's alright for someone just trying to be healthy I suppose, but again, I'm not a fan of starving your body for 90% of the day.

I eat Lunch, Dinner, and a snack, makes it much easier and I feel like I have more energy during the day. Eating that many calories in one sitting is kind of brutal on the stomach, and splitting it up with a small snack is way easier to do.

OMAD like any food schedule is just a food schedule...no magic , no extra benefits etc
personally it seems like too much unnecessary suffering day in and day out for the same results of maintaining a caloric balance

heck their unpredictable eating habits may have even been conducive to a longer lifespan which were offset by other factors.
