I sleep like the dead then shoot up like a jack rabbit. I hate taking naps because when I do wake up I can hardly remember my name or what century I’m in. No matter if it was a quick cat nap or a 14 hour depression nap

You're better off napping long enough for a rem cycle to release HGH.
