Put on 30 lbs of fat and lost all motivation. Feels bad man. Never been this fat in my life.

From March 2020 to August 2020 I went from 181 lbs to 205 lbs, felt bad mane. I was still working out at home but being in an apartment space is limited and i just didn't have that much drive not being in a gym and not being able to use barbells and other equipment.
I didn't want to put any effort into tracking my calories or macros due to that as well. so I basically became a LDAR while working from home
However I've recovered since then and from September 2020 to now I'm back down to 189 lbs. I know it isn't a lot of weight lost, 16 lbs in 10 months but I don't mind the slow and steady approach. Also took up running 5x a week so that's helped. I want to get down to 170-175.
But I know I've lost a chit ton of strength because I haven't had access to a gym for 15 out of the 17 months due to this cucked country. As far as muscle idk maybe some. Gyms open back here this week and hopefully it stays that way though I won't be surprised if they close back down.
