For Those of you With an "Arm/shoulder" day
Please post your weekly routine?
I'm doing Push Pull Legs and don't see how to fit in an "arm day" or a "shoulder day" and still hit everything twice a week.

Well a push/pull/legs isn't designed to include an arm or shoulder day.
But you can certainly do shoulders and triceps on push day, and biceps on pull day. Or do like Dorian Yates used to do and put biceps after legs (he didn't do PPL though).
But if you want an arm day, just do a brosplit like everybody did 15-20 years ago (and it worked fine):
Chest
Back
Arms
Shoulders
Legs
Off
Off
Repeat
Or upper/lower 2x with one arm day:
Upper
Lower
Arms
Off
Upper
Lower
Off
Repeat
