Friend Got Vaxxed, Been down for a month

One of my best friends from childhood, who as it turns out is an idiot, had covid supposedly about 9 months ago. It seems like it lasted a week and he said it wasn’t too bad. Last month he got the 1st covid shot and had been bed ridden since, even while he was feeling like chit he went and got the 2nd shot. Now he’s on antibiotics because he thinks that will make him feel better.

Last night I asked him if getting the vaccine was worth it given how mild his symptoms were from the actual virus and his story has suddenly changed to “this is nothing compared to covid”. What a fcktard

Can’t imagine getting the vaccine after getting covid. Legit all logic has completely evaporated at that point.

Brb let’s tax my immune system again for no reason when my body already built up the antibiodies to the actual virus.

Mark Hoppus of Blink 182 got his vaccine in December 2020 and about a month ago was diagnosed with cancer...

I don't know if it's coincidental but sounds pretty close to it.

Thats cool OP but 2 of my friends got the vaccine a month ago and they're both progressing well at the gym with no negative side effects. Your friend got some kind of sickness around the same time as the vaccine and you've concluded it's due to the vaccine itself. You know what they say about assumptions

I didn’t assume it. It’s what he told me. Exact words “got sick from the 2nd covid vaccine. I’m on antibiotics so should be better soon”. He told me he got sick from the 1st one on June 17th.

Sometimes chit happens. I'm no fan of the vaccines and we are seeing issues with blood clots and may see long-term issues even with some cancers, but a month later? nah.
