Good luck brah, fukked up shoulders are just the worst... Today is a rest day but tomorrow gonna work up to some heavy S/B/D singles and a couple easy backdown sets before I take a long weekend.

I haven't lifted really outside of work since October 2019 I couldn't lift my left arm above chest high or put on coat without assistance.

Was able to squeeze out 2 dips with a good amount of pain so holding off on those
