Question for US miscers about mask use after mandated ended

Question for US Miscers: How many people still wear masks after the mask mandate ended?

Our restrictions fully go on the 19th of July thankfully, however apparently current polls suggest about 80% of Brits still want to wear masks in stores and indoor venues after the legal requirements goes.

I find that figure very very hard to believe. I dont think even 80% of people are wearing them at the moment anyway. I think most just do it because they cant be asked with the hassle of being turned away or fined.

The question is what happened when your mask mandate ended? did most people not wear them anymore or was it about the same

By me it's about 75% no masks and 25% masks

For some reason its mostly minorities who still wear masks everywhere, including outside and while driving (no racist)

What was it before the mandate ended? As id say at the moment when i go into a supermarket about 20% dont wear them/have exemptions.

100%, because supermarkets etc were required by the governors executive order to mandate masks for customers or else face fines

Oh fair enough then. The stores never enforced it here but compliance was high. I dont believe any of these bs polls i dont really know many who actually care about corona at this point

There are still quite a bit of people still wearing them. I was in a local meijer and only 3 of us were maskless out of...say...50 or 60 people. I talked to a cashier who will continue to wear hers because she believes her immune system is shot, and thinks she'll get sick... go figure.

In Canada our mandate ended July 1 and overnight everyone except Karens and soycucks stopped wearing them. Literally less than 10% are still in masks even while polls say like 90% of Canadians want masks.

Polls are bull****.

The natives here love their masks. They wear bandanas over their faces and a ballcap and sunglasses.

Because they are actually just avoiding warrants and using the mask to avoid detection on security cameras.

I live in Colorado. Pretty liberal around Denver.

But as soon as mask mandates ended most ppl stopped wearing them. Some still do. And employees at some places still do but for the most part, I’d say 8/10 ppl I see out in public don’t wear one

Our state never had a mandate except for dine in place and even then it wasn't enforced. I probably wore a mask five times and that was in government buildings and a customer that I had to visit a few times.

The few people still wearing them are predominantly blacks and younger white females.

Our mandates ended, 90% of people don't wear masks anymore. JFL @ people still wearing them. But I assume most not wearing them here in commietown, USA, got the vaxx. Basically, my opinion is still: fuk everyone. Especially the few *******s still wearing masks at the gym. So, so gay.

In my area, about 5% of people still wear masks. The last time I had to wear one was whenever I was in the lines for the rides at Disney a last month.

some of the older people still wear them around here. i usually carry one in the pocket when i go out, because some businesses still require them.

I am just up the road in Columbia which like Savannah is probably 50/50 white/black. Around here there are WAY more blacks still wearing masks than whites. Same there?

I live in the red south but a blue city and 90% don’t wear masks. Outside the city no one wear them ever even when their were mandates.

I live in a red state - so only 50% of people wore masks anyway.

Now I only see sick people and obvious liberals wearing them.

Oklahoma City, a relatively liberal place in one of the reddest states.

Big box stores were 100% masked with the mandate, now 0%-10%.

Most country bars had a mask policy with 0%-1% of people actually wearing a mask.

I work in a hospital and masks are only required in public/patient areas like the lobby or exam rooms.

The only people I still see wearing masks are Asians ~50% and store workers ~75%.

My gym was maskless the entire time
