Correlation between certain Myer Briggs Personality Types and COVID Vaccine Takers?
Do you brahs think there's any correlation.
I'm an ISTP-A and based on reading through posts here and in social media, It's very obvious that if you have an F (Feeling) isntead of T(Thinking) in your Myer Briggs type you are usually COVID Vaxcel and vice versa.
This is because the F part makes the person's feelings overpower their basic ability to think, making them overly empathetic. Case in point, Wincels main argument is "But what about granma", "You guys don't think of the greater good" and no matter how facts are presented to him, he switches back to the same argument,
On the other hand, the T part makes us unable to understand the F's point of view because their main priority is themselves.
I want to see if I got it right here. What is your Myer Briggs Personality type and what is your opinion on the Corona Virus Vaccine? What about the other traits in the personality. Do they have any relationship with this?
You can test it here

INTJ checking in
Definetly not taking the vaccine
Why would I take something that is potentially more dangerous than the disease itself considering my age group and the fact that I have no health issues.
The "Vaxcels" should not be afraid now that they have received their experimental juice shot but it seems like they are getting worse by the day

ESTJ-A gang. No vaccine yet. I figure i'll either just slip through the cracks because i'm not in a rush to get it or i'll eventually have to get it one day if I want to travel etc... in which case enough time has hopefully gone by and we know it isn't fuking people up that bad.

INTJ rational strategist crew checking in
I intuitively knew masks were useless from the start….didn’t even have to think twice about it.
Also, the scope of the mismanagement/deceit across the board makes me rethink how I interact with everyday people even more so than before.

Myer Briggs is meaningless, you can take the test two weeks later and there's a huge percent chance you get completely different results.
I think it's just more likely that people who took it get their ideas by consuming content from liberal media companies.
Those are the networks and websites that are constantly pressuring and coercing you into taking it.

INFJ and don’t plan on ever getting the vax. I think you’ll be surprised how many people with a T have been swept up in the “science”. The propaganda machine has been active on both fronts… ie “trust the science” propagated by obviously faulty data so thinkers can feel justified and also “please have a heart and do it for the greater good/be really scared” for all the feelers. The other side of the coin for your proposition is that feelers may be less likely to just blindly believe whatever new data comes out if it feels like bullsh!t.

One way to prove you are good at thinking is to see how good you are at figuring things out. To that end, you should attempt an education in math or science and see how far you can go. Chances are great that you aren't as good a thinker as you think you are, kiddo.

Are you in general Introverted and struggle to make friends -
Yes? (Introverted) I
No? (Extraverted) E
Do you in general care about Facts over feelings.
Yes? (Thinking) T
No? (Feeling) F
Are you imaginative and a future planner?
Yes? N (Intuitive)
No? S (Observant)
Do you overthink stuff and make plans before you make decisions
Yes? J (Judging)
No? P (Prospecting)
Last I did the test was back when I was doing Bachelors somewhere like 7 years ago and I got everything the same other than the J changing to P. This can be attributed to people developing over time and changing traits. Makes sense that you're not the same person you were 10 years ago.

People have written a lot more about it than I have, but it's not widely accepted as valid.
The main criticism is the reliability, which is liable to change in weeks.
There is also the validity, correlation of categories, and other criticisms.
But really, do you need a test like this to understand who you are?

There's an easier way to teach the derivatives of inverse hyperbolic trig functions. Just like how you would draw an equivalent triangle to find the derivatives of inverse trig functions, you can do the exact same thing for hyperbolic trig functions by drawing an equivalent triangle with an imaginary height. All the restrictions fall right out by requiring the lengths of the triangle to be positive. This has applications to special relativity as well because drawing these triangles simplifies calculations for velocity boosts. You can introduce the rapidity and then see that the velocity addition formula falls right out of the hyperbolic tangent sum identity. IDK why this isn't generally taught in school. Presumably, nobody thought to teach it this way. Showing students of calculus this trick of going to the equivalent hyperbolic triangle can be very useful when you later teach them special relativity.
Go ahead and show me where I googled or read that one. You won't find it anywhere even though it is super obvious after the fact.

And again, it's only a handful of people on Earth that know about this. Even many professors haven't realized this yet, and that's why it isn't in most textbooks (or any textbook to my knowledge). And it's a super obvious trivial thing, and not some deeply specialized bit of math. Every mathematician knows how to compute the derivatives of inverse trig functions, but a lot of them didn't connect the dots on using this method to teach them. This method has the advantage of being trivial to explain and show and being consistent with how one teaches the derivatives of inverse trig functions. And it also has the advantage of being useful in deriving the formulas of special relativity, and making it more intuitive for students to understand.
Most professors use the cumbersome approach of going to exponential forms of these hyperbolic functions, and they do not make use of the intuitive understanding of hyperbolic functions in the analogous way to trig ones.
For even more of a mindfuk, there are analogous relationships and approaches you can use for Jacobi elliptic functions.

Psychological is a social science anyways, like economics or anthropology.
Social sciences are not based on rigid and unchangeable laws of nature, it's more like a competition and mixture of ideas.
Phrenology and physiognomy are other pseudosciences based around the psychology of personality.
The main criticism is a study that showed 50% of people get different results after two weeks, even the test maker has doubts about it.
https://jobtalk.indiana.edu/HRMWebsi...velop/mbti.pdf
The traits themselves are not completely independent, but the whole thing is kind of subjective and wishy washy.
You can see how psychology itself is kind of wishy washy, that's why many aspects of it are not universally recognized.
But it's really up to you if you choose to believe it and I can't decide for you.

Well since personality tests are bullsh*t in the first place so any correlation is purely accidental
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
