3rd part sellers getting mixed up

I bought something off Walmart's website (3rd party seller) and they sent it to me in Amazon packaging, with an Amazon receipt as well. Anyone ever noticed sellers sometimes doing this? is there any possible reason for this? it wasn't delivered by Amazon, either.

lol should I try returning it to Amazon?
