Anybody just hate migranes?

Had the worst one today, felt sick, and spent all day in bed.

Only time the pain went away was when i mediated and went into that 'sleep state' that isn't exactly sleep.

Just went away now.

Wasted the whole day doing nothing productive and had a bunch of junk.

Oh well, there is always tomorrow!

Dude, honestly man, i just think that the migraine was caused by an energetic imbalance, which was triggered early on in the morning for some reason - the thing about these migraines i get is that they're caused by a negative thoughts initially, and then i just start feeling sick and the head hurts like crazy.

I postulate that this is my third eye being awakened by the kundalini which is making its way up to my brain, and is blocked by the weird and negative thought processes and beliefs that i've picked up in the 3D.

I feel like if i let it happen naturally, it will 'clear out the junk' so to speak, and make me whole again.

Just thought i'd share my thoughts and experiences of the day - i don't have much of a social circle these days, so you guys are my only friends who i can talk to.

Migraines where you temporarily lose your sight, see flashing lights, throw up and just generally feel like your head is going to explode...those are really horrible. There’s no escape...
