Name 1 good thing, and 1 bad thing about your job misc

Good thing:

- If I'm having a chitty day, it's guaranteed that someone right next to me is also having a chitty day. So we can go on break together and basically bitch about what is going on right now. Plus people are genuinely funny where I work

Bad thing:

- The chit talking NEVER stops. There's always someone busting someone else's balls which can get old after awhile

Lel. Second point is a good thing to me, the chit talking keeps it real and people kinda have an avenue to vent in a way.

Bad: the good guys always seem to leave way too quick. Foreman who thought I was worth a shot at moving up is now considering an offer at another company.

Good: somehow the company just keeps getting lucky in finding good employees. Morale still decent.

Good: Salary is pretty good and no worries about job stability

Bad: Partners play favorites and I'm ready to start looking elsewhere to move up

Good: My manager is super chill I've also been at this company for 8 yrs so that helps. Never had an issue with him

Bad: Work with a bunch of boomers so nothing really in common can be pretty boring if i'm working in the office which I am now. Was WFH. Guess it could be worse.

I'm always excited when we get temps for a month project etc....always a HBB in the group.

The pay is great

Fighting the office cucks to make sure we have the material we need for jobs is a pain in the ass. They always try to mess with the quantities even though it's ordered based on plans
