Got a job offer. Wants me to start Monday. Currently have a job. Help

It’s for more money + benefits and 40 mins closer to my house. But just started my current job 3 months ago. I feel sick to my stomach having to tell them. Should I do it in person like a man on Monday or just email my current boss and bail?

Current job pays Jack chit but with room to grow in the future. New job isn’t a dream job but will be more money and much better hours plus retirement and is salary.

They would want to know ASAP. You know, to give them some time to fill your position. Face to face would be better but yea even if you contact them ASAP two days notice isn't gonna help much.
