What was that UK 1990's comedian that coughed with big hair...

There was a comedian on TV around the mid to late 1990's in the UK, can't find a pic of him.

- He was always smoking.
- He leaned on a walking stick.
- He coughed a lot (part of the act)
- He had a massive hairdo like Sideshow Bob from The Simpsons.
- He barely told jokes, most of it was him coughing.
- Looked in his 50's or 60's.

Paltry reps for whoever gets it first.

no such person , unless ken dodds but he was 60's.70's 80's and 90's...don't think he smoked

Nah not him. This guy was barely famous and used to be on for 5 mins here and there on talk shows when they had a stand up bit on. He was on shows like James Whale and the original Graham Norton show from the later 90's, maybe both.
