they give a good sample routine at the 8-9 minute mark.

basically in the morning: cleanser -> vit c -> moisterizer

at night cleanser -> retinol -> moisterizer and switch out retinol for exfoliator 2x a week

and sunscreen every 2 hours (that contains zinc oxide)

this is for anti aging

shouldn't cost more then $100 every 2-3 months unless you're balling out on some expensive sunscreen and vit c. Cerave is a good brand for cleanser/moist. Also try to include hylauric acid in the morning (its in cerave moisturizer) and research what other ingredients would be good for you , IE if you're trying to fight uneven skin tone, texture, acne etc Spend a few hours watching that channel

Cetaphil, an exfoliant like "St Ives", Neutrogena toner, and moisturizer that I put on around eyes and other areas that tend to get dry

AM:
Splash with water or Cerave Hydrating Cleanser
The Ordinary Ascorbic Acid or Topical's Faded Serum
Etude House Moistfull Collagen Cream
Cerave Mineral Sunscreen or Neutrogena All-Sport if I've got outdoor workouts planned

PM:
Kose Sofymo Oil Cleanser
Cerave Hydrating Cleanser
The Orindary 10% Lactic Acid
Differin Gel or The Ordinary Retinol
Cerave Moisturizing Cream
The Ordinary Squalene or a spray of Aquaphor

Weekly or less
The Ordinary AHA 10%
Sheet Masks

You'll probably see results with a gentle cleanser AM and PM, a serum in the morning followed by moisturizer and sunscreen, retinoid in the evening, followed by moisturizer. You can't go wrong with Cerave or The Ordinary.

No, but FWIW most of these are recommended by several dermatologists I follow on social media. Hope it helps!

Keep in mind what may be good for one person's skin, might not be what's best on yours.

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
