Incline treadmill walking -- what's a good incline/speed?
I just started doing this in addition to the assault bike, but wasn't sure what's a good incline / speed.
I did about a 2.5 incline at 2.5 speed for about 10 minutes.
What are some ideal inclines/speeds?
