I dunno why it's quoting, but was she actually blocking it or was it just sitting behind her car? I mean regardless, no one should put a car in that position during a rescue situation. I wish it showed more like the fire truck actually moving forward. Anyways, woman is dumb for doing that and waiting so long to move as if it isn't important
