Another lockdown protest planned for Australia this weekend. The media will lie.
Here is a collection of the media and police's lies about the protests.
So I hear there is another protest planned this weekend, hopefully just as many or twice as many show up. Just to recall the media's lies and the police's empty threats:
1) The protests were called Covidiots and anti-vaxxers.
They aren't anti-vaxxers for the vast majority. They are anti-lockdown and anti-tyranny, not anti-vaxx. They are protesting the ridiculous and insane lockdowns, andexperimentalvaccines which are having adverse affects. They're not protesting the concept of a vaccine, or the science of a vaccine.
2) The police said this was "unprecedented violence".
Someone threw a potplant and that guy pushed the horses head out of the way because it was being used a battering ram. The protestors were mostly peaceful.
3)The media doubled down on the "lockdowns are saving your lives" and "we're doing this for your own good" narrative.
That's classic abuser logic to say you're doing it for one's own good. But lockdowns don't save lives. They ruin lives. Over a virus with a 99% survival rate. There's evidence they're not more effective than non-lockdown alternatives, and justified only with hyperbole and speculation and fear-porn. "Bodies will pile up in the streets otherwise!". That's not good enough. The burden of proof is on those who impose lockdowns, and they need to show there will be huge numbers of deaths and overwhelmed healthcare systems. Not speculation about possibilities.
4) Media is portraying the protestors as "lockdown or bust" types and think they don't care about anyone else.
Absolutely not true. No anti-lockdown advocate I've heard of suggests simply not caring about the virus and not caring about people getting sick. Everyone I've heard from, conversely, says focused protection is the far better option. Focus on at-risk groups and segregate if need be, and let low-risk groups, that is, the majority of us, make reasonable decisions about our health and return to our lives.
5) Police said the protestors were "anarchists".
Complete and utter BS. Anarchists advocate for no centralized government. This has nothing to do with that. This is about tyranny and government overeach implementing absurd and draconian lockdown measures which are ruining peoples lives and crushing small businesses.
Don't believe the media's lies.

Same stuff here in America, the media has a vested interest in smearing any sort of substantial dissidents.
Could be useful to come up with a unified list of demands to both focus the movement and speed up the results.
If the demonstrations continue, then the government will be forced to comply with the demands.
Demands like lifting lockdowns, allowing travel, and unbanning protests.

Gladys Berijingles is so obsessed with 0 cases of community transmission (which is an unattainable goal they have set for us at this point) she may lock the city down UNTIL CHRISTMAS.
Absolutely ridiculous.

A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.
The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."
The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."
