Haven't been able to BBQ for a while, finally got a good roll smoke session in this weekend. Ribs, pulled pork, chuck roast, and some chicken thighs to prep for the week. (No pics of chicken)





Left this on a bit too long. I prefer to slice and it was falling apart -
