why do ppl who drink beer violently lick the neck of the bottle in that crazy way

\Like people who drink in extreme ways and do tornados and stuff like that. I dont get why they autistically lick the bottle. are they so trashed they need a guidance system and its a habit they form?

creeps me out everytime.
