Leaders vs Dictators/Tyrants

Remember, when a problem occurs:

Leaders lead people during hard times and try to find solutions to the problem - they do not blame others.

Dictators/Tyrants blame others for for their own mistakes and problems - they do not find solutions to the problem.

I just want to remind people that as the Governor of Oregon continues to blame the mistakes/problems of her state on other people.

- Oregon has a wildfire problem because people start fires
- Violence and crime is on the rise because white supremacy exists in the state/world
- Jobs and lives are lost because people did not wear a mask
- Children lost a year of school because of COVID-19
- Homelessness is at an all time high in the state because x, y and z

I could go on however, just remember that:

Leaders (real leaders) blame no one other than themselves and lead people to a solution - if there is one

&

Dictators/Tyrants blame everyone besides themselves and expect other people to solution or propose no solution at all.

Cheers.
