Best thing about smell is it warns of danger.

I lost both in December 2020
taste comes back extremely slow it went from 0% for 3 months to 5-10% for a month and it comes back like 5% more each month

smell has been gone 98% the whole time. I smell nothing except 1 scent and every ONCe and awhile like 1 time a week i can faintly smell something
