Anyone suffer from bad anxiety or panic attacks?
If so what do you do to cope?
Had a panic attack at work today. Luckily I have my own office so I was able to chill out after a while alone.
Been taking 60mg of raloxofene to try to get rid of pubertal gyno I had since 13 years old. Some of the side effects are blood clots. Raloxofene is supposedly safe and people have taken 300mg’s and it was still safe. My brain however thinks other wise and is causing me to have panic attacks and making my body feel like it’s ill.
How do you cope through it? it’s not a fun feeling.
