They have been talking about this for decades. In some ways, it's already happening. Our phones for example are already an extension of ourselves when you think about it. My phone doesn't leave my side and is integral part of several aspects of my life, or at least the way it's currently set up. Regardless, I don't see what that has to do with vaccines.
