Eviction Moratorium has ended...

So, what do we think misc? When should we expect foreclosures to start?

I'm looking for deals on townhouses in the coming months for investment property.

EDIT: Illinois extended the deadline to Sept 1. Ugh, the wait continues.

Idk when to expect it but I’m waiting on the same. There’s about to be a lot of open house up for sale so I’m gearing up to make a move. Just want to make it at the right time.

Honestly the majority of these "investment properties" you guys are looking forward to are going to be beat to all fuk. These people have known they were losing their houses for months now. I expect these will look worse than your normal foreclosures.

Market is slowing down but don't expect big price drops anytime soon. Even if every single delinquent property went on the market today, the demand still far outweighs the supply. Plus, with the rona doomers out in full force, interest rates remain low.

Also, lol if you think there aren't people/organizations with thousands times more assets than you with the same exact idea to buy up property.
