I like watching true crime and the other night I watched a doco about a female who went on a killing spree murdering men for fun (Joanne Dennehy).

It got me thinking about how most serial killers are men and most of them kill women, whereas when women kill men, it’s usually a one off with someone they know and most commonly with poison.

If these patterns were reversed and it was mostly women looking to hunt and kill men, would you change the way you live your life? Would you still use dating apps etc?

We've watched almost every single serial killer show out there. What I've noticed is women tend to be the instigators or supporting role more. For example that one dude who was bringing women to his trailer then dismembering them. His GF was the one who went and found them for him. Then she claimed some bullchit insanity once they were caught.

In a lot of cases, they just manipulate others to do horrendous things, very rarely getting their hands dirty themselves.

Although did you see that old lady who was killing retirees for their money in Sacramento? She buried them in her yard. I think they based a movie (sorta) on her.

I think a large percentage of men would risk being murdered to get laid.

I tend to think the women that go out and find the victims do it more as a result of being under the power of the men, as opposed to being the manipulators although there are heaps of cases where that applies too - especially when hit men are used!

We never really see a female “bundy” with a husband and kids who hunts for men on her work trips, you know? Lol

I don’t think I’ve seen that particularly case of pension murder/fraud but that seems to be a pretty popular way to make money amongst killers too!

Go to bed last night with my gf and she puts some youtube show on where some dumb girl explains cases of serial killers etc. I could only listen to the first 3 minutes before I told her to switch it the fuk off. It was about some chap that went around kidnapping, raping & murdering multiple women. Not exactly what I wanna listen to when I'm trying to nod off into the land of fun chit.Not correct whatsoever in the slightest lol.

Still would live my life how I've always lived it. Red flags for possible serial killers never dissuaded me before.

Probably about 5 years ago I met a chick on Tinder who said she was into Occult ****. I suggested we go use a Ouija board at a cemetery near my place as a joke, but she was into the idea and had a board so I said "phuck it" and we ended up setting a time to meet up. My room mate told me I was going to get "axe murdered" and started spooking me a bit, so I texted her and said we should grab a shake at In N Out before we go (so I can verify she's not actually a serial killer).

We met at In n Out and she seemed decent enough. Pictures were a bit better than reality which is typical for tinder, she was paler than I expected and she dressed a bit weird (like floral, pin up dress style), but not a deal breaker for me as the conversation was easy. I walked her to her car after we finished our shakes and I opened the door for her and saw one of the messiest goddamn cars Ive ever seen. Clothes, classwork papers, etc were scattered all over the front and rear passenger areas and she had one of those "sex wax" air fresheners hanging from the rear view mirror. What caused me to pause however, was a giant black cylinder on her dashboard which looked similar to a billy club. I asked her what that was and she giggled and said "oh it was for you in case you were weird". She then grabbed it from the dashboard and took off its cap which revealed metallic prongs. She pushed a button on it and it sparked some major electricity.

She had a phucking cattle prod.
By this point I think some dudes would've noped the phuck out of there but I had already invested almost 30 minutes of my time into this meetup so I said phuck it.

We drove to the cemetery a few minutes away in separate cars and I spent the entire drive over thinking about what other weird torture weapons she had with her that I missed. Paranoid thoughts of her true intentions of sacrificing me to some weird pagan God crossed my mind several times. Did I wipe my internet history before coming here?

We went into the cemetery grounds which were open to the public and it was about 9 in the evening at this point. We go hang out by a giant tree near the back that was out of view of the street/parking lot. We sat underneath it and she gets out her Ouija board from her giant purse. We talk a little longer and she mentions she was going to school for archaeology. "Perfect" I think to myself. I tell her "I've got a large bone for you to examine" and she laughed and then ended up sucking my dink in the cemetery which I and my room mates now affectionately call the Boneyard.

I've also gone out with a self described "pagan druid" and a practicing satanist who lived in a house that might have been haunted.

Actually, I never watched it until after marriage. He got me hooked on it. He also watches stuff like first 48, American Greed. We've run out of shows now so he just watches Monk. lol.Nope to horror movies.
