Should I freeze my chicken?
Made some chicken breasts in the air fryer yesterday but today I ended up getting Carls Jr. If I freeze it is it gonna be stiff the next day?
I don’t want bacteria growing in my chicken. Also how long do you cook your chicken in the air frier? I left it 25 mins from frozen at 375F and it came out burnt af

-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

WTF are you talking about.
Why would you freeze it? Not going to eat it for a month? Just fuking eat it tomorrow dude, put it in the fridge.
You freeze raw chicken, and only if you aren't planning on cooking it before its expiration date. You don't freeze cooked chicken, why tf would you?

Don't know about the air frier but 325-350 if the GOAT for tender not burnt chicken.
Covered 45 min to 1 hour, little bit of water in the pan. Uncover for another 10 min of so if you want it more browned.

Cook's Illustrated explains that the reason cooked-from-frozen steak fares better than thawed steak is because the colder temperature prevents overcooking while still allowing for delicious browning.
