Miscer sells house to buy GME (economic collapse imminent)

Sold my house to buy more GME. Perfect timing with this dip!

https://www.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/...tm_name=iossmf

support the GME dudes sticking it to the hedgies but if randos selling their house to buy meme stocks isn’t a canary in the coal mine moment for the whole economy I don’t know what is

(Reddit fhaggotry warning)
brb haven’t met one vaxcel who doesn’t get defensive or mad when you tell them you didn’t get it.

No “vax” for HIV after 40 years of research. No vax for cancer after 100 years of research. No vax for the common cold and yet a virus mysteriously appears and Within 12 months a “vax” is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week and we are mandated to take it ….

There are currently more buyers who say it's a bad time to buy a house than anytime in the last ten years.

There are also more sellers who say this is a bad time to sell a house than anytime in the last ten years.

I don't think the bubble will burst. I think it will just keep slowly draining homeowners and keep refilling with investors until the economy crashes.
Problem is when house prices do crash most normal families are in negative equity and can’t afford to sell , so apart from a few cheap houses it’s not going to be a cheap market again

A bubble cannot burst, if theres no inventory

as soon as a house is on the market, its gone within a month max in the US.. that is not indicative of a housing bubble, but rather demand due to lack of supply.... According to FRED, the usa NEEDS 4million more homes built to match demand before hyper supply can even begin to happen and then a crash. Youre housing demand average is about 1.5million...

u will only have it pop when there is over-supply, where there are sellers over filling the market and inventory is reaching 6months+..... like back in 08

thankyou
