How come most Hollywood actresses with small breasts don’t get implants?

Isn’t there intense pressure to look good? To look better? I look for movies with pretty actresses on the thumbnails and search online to see what their breasts look like. I can’t really get into natural chests, and what do you know? Like almost everyone of these pretty actresses I looked up have small and/or saggy breasts. I don’t want F cups or anything. I just prefer breasts with some perkiness and roundness, smallish or not. It makes me not want to watch the movie after I google them. So why are actresses, even in “plastic” Hollywood, not even trying hard to enhance their beauty when Instagram models are doing everything they can and looking stunning because of their tasteful enhancements?

98% of fake teds are gross. It looks unnatural and screams of insecurity. There’s nothing I love more than a big set of sweater stretchers but I’d take a small pair of natties over a pair of DD bolt ons any day.
