It seems like the majority of men have not even though 25% or so of women these have silicone sacs underneath their chest skin.

I've ****ed over 150 including quite a few trannies and I can tell you for sure that there is a WIDE variety in quality and attractiveness of implants. A good set of natural tits are obviously superior. But they don't last. As I've gotten older, I much prefer the good fakes ones to decent real ones on 26+ sloots. As you get older you appreciate the fake ones more because they're just better than even the really good ones on older girls.
