Is plastic surgery safe overseas? (e.g, Turkey)

I lost a lot of weight years ago when I joined the gym (around 80 lbs) but I have loose skin and gyno that will need surgery to fix. It would be expensive here in Canada (around $20k) from a really good surgeon. I know countries like Turkey are well known for plastic surgeries but are they safe? Like going under anastesia in a foreign country - is that risky, man?

Safe as in they're not going to try and break your atoms down into smaller components, yes. It's very safe in that aspect. Unless you get kidnapped, then that could possibly happen, too.

$20k doesn't sound too bad

what's the total cost to have it done in Turkey?
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit softly.

Worst case scenario, you slip into the void and dont wake up. Makes no difference to you - painless death.

I've read around where some Korean plastic surgery place used a bunch of fake before/after photos on their site to drum up business. Turned out they did horrendous work. Make sure you get plenty of honest testimonials and before/after photos if you are going to go overseas.

Do your research and consider that these places have huge incentive to not fuk things up as their medical tourism business depends on good reviews etc

I haven't even checked but I heard in general their surgeries are cheaper. If that's only the case for hair transplants then that sucks. I could use my line of credit if I get it done here then eh?

I lost 80 lbs back when I was 21. I was hoping it would be elastic enough to shrink but it's loose. The cost of spending money on this surgery is punishment for being overweight for years.

I hope so bro.
Turkey has some of the best surgeons in europe. I had lasik in turkey for a fraction of the cost here more than 15 years ago. Still going strong
