Should I get vaccinated? Srs

College is requiring it for in-person courses that aren’t available online. I’m trying to transfer to university next year, and I have to finish my remaining courses these next two semesters. I can take 2 online courses this semester and wait to see if the college removes the mandate next semester, but that’s a risky move. Plus, it’ll look better on my transfer application if I have more grades completed by the end of this semester (rather than next semester).

Also, I’d hate to give the virus to family. They’re vaccinated, but I still don’t want to take the chance. Going out tonight to bar-hop and that’s on the back of my mind.

What do you brahs think? Srs

For a 99.999% viral survival rate w/ empty hospital beds and more people dying from lack of treatments for other diseases from lockdowns, doesn't it make you question of the moral legitimacy of this whole clown show?

Where are you trying to transfer? Odds are very high they won't care, unless you're trying to raise your GPA with these courses. I'd wait this whole thing out. I personally know a number of people who have had very serious adverse reactions to this vaccine, and the whole way they're going about everything now doesn't make any sense when viewed through the lens of how they're trying to portray it.

trust me dude, it does. Especially considering it looks like we’re all going to have to continue the masks again, as well as more possible lockdowns at this point. Just makes the vaccine seem phucking pointless because of the variants, it’s why I want to wait it out. But I also want to finish my education already

it’s a CSU school that I’m trying to get into. Have already been rejected by them this past year, don’t want it to happen again. Great department for my major, all the CSU schools requiring the vax anyways. I could technically get away with the 2 online courses this semester, and finish my remaining courses next semester to transfer w/everything complete and my A.A. Could at least see how these next few months turn out w/the vaccine, overall “pandemic.” And then I would feel a bit more confident about the vax a couple of months down the road

Yes, just get it. You feel sick for a day then don't have to worry about this chit ever again (meaning the vax bureaucracy).

Don't you have to get vaccinated for Tetanus/MMR etc before attending any college? What difference does one more vaccine make?
