Vitamin D for arthritis?
This is new to me . I was out with my friend and his wife , and his wife told me she takes vitamin D daily to keep her arthritis in check . Claims it’s made a huge impact on her life .
I absolutely hate the fact that alcohol just destroys me,as it causes my arthritis to get worse exponentially. I actually get pain and swelling in the sides of my knees from a good drunk .
I can’t even get over the difference it makes when I go to work if I haven’t drank for a few weeks .
I really didn’t want to go threw what little life I have left freaking sober , but as long as I’m working it’s starting to look at way .
I take naproxen once to twice a week , but it’s really hard on my stomach regardless of eating first and drinking lots of water ,
Just curious if anyone else has had any results with vitamin D ?

OP have you ever looked into borax arthritis treatment.
There's been some interesting studies on it. Big pharma wants to put a lid on it though.

OP I noticed I was getting this as well when I was drinking only beer to get drunk….I switched it up to vodka and I haven’t had any issues since srs.

you'd have to decide if it is an immune disorder or more "mechanical" like joint issues. there are a wide range of causes of arthritis, which your doctor should be helping you figure out rather than just prescribing you meds
