he was the most influential bodybuilder within the bodybuilder world of all time.

Almost every single knowledgeable coach uses multiple principles from John Meadows. Either his programming style, his exercise techniques, or his form videos, not to mention he brought health from a nutritional and supplemental standpoint into the bodybuilder world more than any other coach before. He was the first to really push for organ health supplements, digestive supplements, and a strong health supplement and nutrition regimen to keep you as healthy as possible in bodybuilding (yes its very ironic but still it helped many many people not die)

no exaggeration because he just died but he literally effected every coach and bodybuilder more than any other bodybuilder has.

Arnold was more influential for the sport to the world, because he drew massive attention to it, but he didnt really do as much to positively impact the bodybuilding world from within as john meadows did. Ronnie coleman was just a freak we all love to watch, and Dorian Yates was the first real mass monster and brought attention to intensity. But John meadows evolved the sport from within.

He was a legend and one of the most influential people in the bodybuilding world. Always watched his vids and learned a lot from him.
