A woman stopped foreplay with me because I had a “blown out butthole”

This weekend me and a mid 40’s were fooling around and rounding the bases when things got awkward as she went down and stopped all action

She claimed I had a “blown out butthole” and was gross

After she left I took a look in the mirror and took pics and realized that I do indeed have major issues down there and may need to have a specialist look at it

I live on a ranch taming and breaking horses in the middle of nowhere and have years of hemorrhoids, fissures, bad wiping habits sometimes not at all when I’m in the bush and it’s all catching up with me
