Anybody here work selling technology?

Started working in a tech store, realised I know **** all about this ****.
(TV's, laptops, chromebooks, sound systems, headphones etc.)

How did you guys learn this ****? Like how the **** do I know if a TV is good. They all look the same, all I know is I'd get a Sony or Samsung personally.
4k or 8k, same bull****.

Is the job just fake it til you make it?

Just watch the top AV Youtubers like HDTVTest or StopTheFomo. Just copy the chit they spew and you'll seem like you know what you're talking about.

And find the other top youtubers who talk about the other stuff. Watch product reviews of all the products you sell etc.. All of those things are very easy to get a basic understanding of....
