Have a good one brothers.

I'm watching 10 Cloverfield lane and drinking bourbon before bed.

Make it count!

Thinking of joining this crew because I'm switching jobs soon and I want to be a good wagie and report in to the office for the first few months. It's not too far away from me anyway.

My current job is 100% remote so usually I just take a long lunch and hit the gym during the day.

Do you usually chill for a bit after you wake up and then hit the gym OP or are you one of those freakshows who is just ready to go moments after waking up? Mirin if so, mirin either way for discipline.

Honestly my body just tells me 430 is the time to wake up and I'm up and at it. My girlfriend is the complete opposite. The thing is, if I don't go to the gym before work I know I'm not gonna make it after work (tradie) . So i really have no other choice

Massively based. Stay hard brah. I'll be back in one of your 5am Workout Crew threads soon as a member rather than a catechumen.

I know those feels

I had a tradie job for a year 7-5 and I couldnt bring myself to go to the gym after so I always went in the am. Post early morning workouts are the goat, issue I have with them is my body is warmed up at the end of the workout…I notice I have more strength in non-early sessions
