Sperm count checked at home?

Anyone ever use those sperm fertility test you can get at the pharmacy? Are they accurate?

Just go to a doctor and ask. They give you a cup and a lab order then you fill the cup at home and bring it to the lab within an hour or so.

They are not accurate, and will give you reasons for worrying while there are none.


Sperm count is affected by many variables, such as the last time you ejaculated (3 days since is best), your diet (healthy food, avoid proceeded), and temperature on nuts (avoid heated groin and hot showers).

Haven't gotten any woman pregnant so maybe I am shooting blanks.
Then maybe it's the women that has no eggs. I want to make sure what the issue is.
Anyway, made an appoint. It's 155 dollars for the procedure in case someone wants to test themselves.
