COVID is there, but strange its all over the globe?

Like obviously the virus originated from some city...they were a little too late to react to stop it from spreading, but even then it made its marks globally all over, I don't think any country or controlled territory is left, its kinda strange it got so far..even if it was a planned act for profits, it cant get so far, has to be some extraterreserial force that controls it?

Viruses spread yes..but how can a virus spread everywhere? Its not like people are changing countries all the time.
