Dallas Judge VS Texas Governor

I dont know if anyone else is following along right now but theres some pretty crazy battles going on between these two right now which is saying a lot for the state of the country and Democrat cities being able to overpower the governors of their states.

Cliffs:
TX governor signs into LAW no city mask mandates, no vaccine passports, no masks req in govt buildings or businesses who took aid.
Dallas gets judge to sign restraining order against Governor
Governor challenges judge in circuit court and loses, going up the chain now


Anyway, this Judge is a lunatic. He said today or yesterday that there are NO ICU beds for children, and if ANY emergencies happen in Dallas they will have to wait until another child dies for an ICU bed.

Can you believe the audacity to blatantly lie to people and threaten their children to get them to believe that lie?

What's weirdest about all of this is all evidence shows the delta variant as being far less deadly.

IDK much about the judge but city-wide mandates don't work. Assuming the masks even work, the people who should be wearing them the most never do.

I actually had a giggle at calling Abbott a feminist.

I am pretty sure the one thing he did that lost about 20% popularity and made him an enemy of women across the whole country was his recently passed abortion bill.

I should also add, this has begun to spread like wildfire now with schools and cities all across Texas defying the Governor's orders.

It is not looking good for Texas being non Dem anymore and not looking good for Governor's having as much power as they thought over Covid nonsense.

However he allowed to pass the laws that make it easier to Me-Too men with little evidence and just allowed to pass the anti-prostitution law that targets users (primarily men) harshly but not the people who provide the services as harshly.

Imagine going after only buyers but not the drug dealers - that's essentially what he is allowing. He's a fraud.

That is the thing the judge is trying to politic and leglislate from the bench.

It doesnt matter who he thinks is or isnt in the ICU. He is there to rule if the governor's order is legal.

It seems to me that if the governors were able to legally issue executive orders that masks are required to be worn then they should be able to legally issue the opposite executive order that masks are not to be required to be worn.


If you are a dumb lib cuck you could still wear your mask if you wanted to. Imagine being a libcuck with the vaccine, plus an unauthorized booster cuck shot, plus 2 masks on and crying that the people around you dont have masks so you are afraid for your health. That is insanity by any definition.
