Is Creatine legit while cutting?

It would help you keep strength/endurance while you're in a calorie deficit I'm assuming? And for looks, it'll keep your muscles looking full when they'd typically look flatter in a cut. I just hope there's no negative interaction with EC Stack since I'm taking that as well.

It's a double-edged sword in my experience. I get more vascular when on creatine (literal creatine, maybe I'm missing the sub-text ITT) but as expected, my body holds onto more water so I don't get the definition that is the whole reason I'm cutting in the first place.

I've settled with not using creatine unless bulking.

Was completely unaware of this side, but looked it up and it's real. Phuck that chit, never taking creatine again. I fear the reaper.
