I make a killer chicken curry:

2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp tumeric
2 tbsp garam masala
About half a cup of water - put all that in on saute and mix it, then dump in about three or four pounds of boneless skinless chicken to coat (I use thighs but you can use breasts as well).
Add a jar of tomato sauce and cover it.
Put on manual for 20 minutes and let it slow release (so takes about 30 mins start to finish)
After that's done, add a can of coconut milk and 2 tbsp of corn starch to thicken a bit. Stir and shred the chicken.

Amazing and delicious, high protein. Use naan bread under the broiler to dip into it. Hnnnng.

beef roast (ideally 1lb and grass fed), toss in some fresh thyme, rosemary and whole garlic cloves, quartered onions, whole carrots (peeled), and small potatoes. add in some water (check recipes on an exact amount) and you can use the drippings to make a gravy (will likely need to pour it into a sauce pan and add flour to thicken, otherwise it will be more like an aus jus, which goes great with steak sandwiches but not ideal for roast gravy).

time cooking just depends on if you prefer it rare vs well done and tender.

innit like a pressure cooker?
I like to make chicken "carnitas"(in quotes because normally carnitas are made with pork). Pressurecook chicken thighs/breasts for an hour, shred them and roast in the oven's broiler/grill. Great in a tortilla
Oh I found a video recipe:

Chicken curry guy is spot on.

If you want to get lazier, just buy a bottle of whatever sauce/marinade and put in an appropriate amount of meat.
Take meat out and pull it apart with forks/shred it however.
Put onto sear/brown setting, add a bit of corn flour and cook the sauce down
Add meat back into the sauce, or add some sauce on top of the meat

Good for wraps, burgers, by itself, whatever you want

Thought this was a thread for a service to deliver a pot for a plant if you need one in an emergency, was sorely mistaken.

And a quick plug for both of Melissa Clark's Instant Pot cookbooks. Much more interesting recipes than your typical dump it in blog recipes, a little more time consuming but the end results have always been worth it.

Was watching some bro make instapot French dips with top round roast. Sure you could sub any beef and use a whole wheat baguette and it would be pretty legit. I’ll look for the video when I have time.
