Physical fitness is a rather easier task

Ive been bodybuilding since the last 16 years on and off in the gym or at home, now that i am 33 and have many adult responsibilities, ive stopped going to gym forever and sold the bodybuilding equipment from home.

I don't want big or ripped muscles anymore, just want to stay fit and feel good physically and mentally. So yeah doing this routine for 30 minutes 6 days a week does the task in a rather simpler way.

5 minutes of normal walk
5 minutes of brisk walk
5 minutes of pushups in a few sets
5 minutes of bodyweight squats in a few sets
10 minutes of lunges and stretching and abs work

This is way better and I can do it without going to gym or using any gym equipment.

You’re 33, not 63. That routine is for senior citizens
