Is Anachron Wincel's alter ego?

We all know Wincel wakes up in the morning and then spends the entire day posting pro-vax paniccel propaganda and arguing with anti-vax miscers (when he's not banned)

Anachron does the same thing except his posts are anti-vax and he argues with pro-vax miscers. Split personality?

Nah. Anachron has over 18K posts in ~6 years and Wincel had almost 50K in ~5 years. I'm not sure there's enough hours in the day to manage that many in posts a day between the two accounts, put on different personas each time, and supposedly be a HVM/financial genius at the same time
