It's not just that. The US and UK have some pretty fuarking strong laws when it comes to hosting adult content. They probably have no easy way of collecting and storing the records for that many people.

One snafu with that record keeping and you can be fined or jailed.

Or, worse, if they let a few underage people slip through the cracks, it will take their whole operation down.

Good business move.
