Nurse working with wife told her this about Covid-19

Cliffs:

- Been working as a nurse in the same hospital for 20+ years
- Was there when Covid-19 hit and took care of hundreds of Covid+ patients since then
- Blood test shows no Covid-19 antibodies proving personal protective equipment (eg, masks) and hygiene work
- State is mandating that she gets vaccinated by September 27th
- BRB taking care of vaccinated patients that are dying right now from Covid-19

Yeah somehow I doubt a mask is the only "protective equipment" she was wearing, probably a respirator or something.

My wife's the only reason I haven't gotten it yet. The pressure is real. I'm a med student, and at my hospital the Chief Academic Officer made it mandatory for us on August 3rd without any exceptions (eg, religious, health or weekly PCR test). They wouldn't give me an ID badge without it...but it seems that they've forgotten about me. I just have a chit time getting in everyday getting through security.

Double mask, face shield, gown and gloves. I did see a resident wear one but he said it cost him a hundred bucks and the filters were hella expensive, too.

There is no fda approval nor any long term studies done, short ones are as bad as heart inflammation, blood clot, blindness + all while not making it not spreadable to others and may not even have an effect while passing it on I myself and a background of family in medical are staying clear from it for those reasons.

She says about 50% of her nurses are vaccinated, at least with whom she's spoken about it. Her attendings are also staying clear of it. However, I saw that the state published data on healthcare vaccination rates and we're at 75% vaccinated.

Didn't read the article, but I saw mention of 30% of body surface area and I'm thinking it's Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN). TEN may occur due to a variety of everyday medications, even aspirin or common antibiotics.

This. A third of my Lab department is refusing to get the vaccine. I wish we could all afford to get fired, but most of us are just filling out the medical exemption.

I don't even have that option. Chief Academic Officer of the hospital I'm in made it mandatory for medical students without exceptions. I'm just trying to ride it out under the radar.

Finding clinical elective rotations became such a huge pain in the arse w/ most places requiring the jab.

Had to book almost all of em in Florida

Most of the peeps in my class are vaxxcels who believe they got a moral high ground and are just in a massive psychosis
