Srry if repost. Companies can be liable for forcing vaxx.

Liable legally for forcing employees to take the vaccine and something goes wrong. While pharma is in the clear, the companies are not (which some if they’re smart made people sign no doubt). Unless you signed something giving away that right, they can absolutely be held responsible according to a radio show I listen to that had people digging into the legalities of these companies forcing others to do things to their bodies.

Strong source OP, but if true, just LMAO @ that completely blatant passing of the buck. The people developing the vaccine aren't liable, but the people requiring it are (unless it's Daddy Government). Not sure if srs.

Well Joey B is about to put some legislation out there that certain healthcare workers are REQUIRED to get the vaccine to continue their employment. So the Govt will force healthcare companies to terminate employees. The lines are about to get completely blurred here.

it'll be interesting,

companies requiring vaccination as a condition of employment, especially to those who are already employed at the company. a company's right to provide "safety" to employees

In BC there was a class action lawsuit for mandatory flu vaccines, the nurses who started it actually won, but I think here are cases where they lost.
